LENA Menstrual Cup

LENA is a reusable menstrual cup that collects rather than absorbs your menstrual blood flow. The LENA cup is available in two sizes. The small LENA cup is 41mm in diameter and with a maximum volume of 25 mL, making it most appropriate for younger and first-time menstrual cup users. Adult women or girls and women with a heavier menstrual flow should select the large size, which is 45mm in diameter with a maximum volume of 30 mL.
