Fourteen years after the end of the Vietnam war, Christina Noble (Deirdre O'Kane) flew into Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon) with a little money in her pocket and a dream to help oppressed and marginalized children. The Christina Noble Children's Foundation would end up changing the lives of hundreds of thousands of people, and Noble herself would be named one of the fifty most inspiring people of our time by Time Magazine.
But to become this inspirational figure, Noble had to overcome a brutal life in the slums of Ireland: orphaned at 10 and sent to an orphanage that lied and told her that her siblings were dead; escaping to a rough life on the street, including a gang rape; a baby adopted against her will; and then an abusive and cruel marriage.
Noble is an award-winning feature film that shows the power of believing that it only takes one person to make a difference.
