Getting Started Soft Pastel Kit

This high quality kit from Faber and Castell contains everything the young artists needs to begin working with pastels. Experience the vibrant and rich colors of soft chalk pastels, learn to create vibrant pictures with the brilliant colors of soft pastel chalks, experiment with smooth and sanded papers, blend and mix colors and learn the basic techniques in a variety of mixed media applications.

This kit contains twelve soft pastel chalks (red, orange, yellow, magenta, light blue, dark blue, light green, dark green, brown, grey, black and white), four foam blending sticks, (4) 5-1/2" x4-1/2" sheets of black sanded papers, six 8x6in sheets of white pastel paper, one eraser and twelve illustrated instruction cards. All contents conform to ASTM D4236.
