Try Everything

When Judy Hopps sets out to prove that a bunny can be a police officer in the big city of Zootopia, she stumbles across a dastardly plan to set the previously peaceful carnivores and herbivores against one another. With the help of con man fox Nick Wylde, she needs to figure out the plot in order to prove her mettle as a cop — and save the city. Try Everything is animal pop star Gazelle's big hit in the movie, serving as inspiration for Judy as she gets ready to take on the biggest challenge of her life.

Notes for Parents: Kids will love bopping along to this cheerful and encouraging song. The lyrics convey a message of perseverance and resilience, as well as a celebration of trying new things. The video incorporates both real life footage of Shakira recording the song and clips from the movie; in some of movie clips, Gazelle performs at a pop concert wearing a crop top and short skirt and accompanied by "shirtless" male tiger dancers.

Lyrical Notes: None   Video Notes: Suggestive Imagery / Wardrobe
