Ion: A Compound Building Game

Ion is a simple card drafting game where players select from a number of available ion cards and noble gas cards, with the object of forming either neutrally charged compounds or sets of stable noble gases! Turns are simultaneous so the action is continuous, and the card drafting mechanic is easy to learn but provides plenty of player decision making from the very beginning. It's a great way to enjoy gameplay while also familiarizing yourself with basic chemistry concepts — and for an extra challenge, try the radioactive expansion, providing even more chemical card-drafting fun!
