Wooden Vitascope Movie Projector Kit

This kit from Rokr lets you build a battery-free, 3D wood model of a vintage vitascope movie projector! Carefully assemble the 183 laser-cut wood parts, then thread in the included film — a 58 frame excerpt from Charlie Chaplin's "Modern Times" — and turn the crank to power the light and get the film rolling! You can even adjust the focal lens to change the size and quality of the image. This 10" tall model takes approximately 4 to 6 hours to complete. It's a fun, hands-on way to learn about the history of moving pictures!
