Rolly Poly Active Math Game

Kids will love this action-packed cooperative math game from Math for Love! In Rolly Poly, you roll a fun fuzzy die to get a number, then draw a card with a physical action to perform as many times as the number on the card. Some of the cards you'll do alone, but some are for everyone! One you've performed the action, you put your card under one of the numbered counters. Get at least one card under each number to win! As kids progress, you can add extension cards that get kids adding or subtracting too. As they play, kids are developing number recognition, as well as building a physical sense of magnitude — is it harder to hop on one foot once or six times?

This game for 1 to 6 players takes approximately 5 minutes to play, and includes a list of suggestions for modifying rules or adding challenges that make it perfect for families, classrooms, and more.
