Yoga Activity Blocks

These Yoga Activity Blocks from Alex Toys allow kids to work on strength, balance, and focus by playing a game! There are 24 yoga pose cards in 3 levels of difficulty that you can swap into the pose block. Roll both the pose and time blocks, then do the pose and try to hold it for the length of time you rolled! The timing block is color coordinated with the timers for easy matching; 15, 30 or 45 second sand timers. This set includes 2 fabric covered foam blocks, 24 double sided yoga pose cards, 3 plastic sand timers, and instructions.
